How do I edit my profile?

Go to ‘Account’ in the menu bar. Click the thumbnail image – if you are on a computer, when you hover over it you will see your name.

This will take you to your profile page, You will see a grey cog to the right of your image.

Click this grey cog and click ‘edit account’ this will open up questions and options to add in your social media links.

How do I change my password?

Go to ‘Account’ in the menu bar. Click the option ‘change password’ option, which also looks like a *

This will give you the option to change your password – please note, you do need your current password to enable this.

How do I change my email address?

Go to ‘Account’ in the menu bar. Click the option ‘Account’ which looks like a silouette.

Once you have clicked here you will see the option to add in your email address.

How do I cancel my account please?

Go to ‘Account’ in the menu bar. Click the option ‘delete account’ – which also looks like a bin.

 

Enter your password and this will delete your account and your payments.

NOTE: Also remove the payment subscription from PayPal in your own account on PayPal to ensure that no further payments are taken.

I have signed up but not recieved any emails, what should I do?

In the unlikly event that this happens, please check your ‘spam’ folder in your emails as sometimes they do filter into that folder. – If you find them here, please mark the email as safe with your provider.
